Quest Means Success.

First of all i would like to throw an appology to my readers, followers, fans and all my freinds, that its been a long time that i havent put forward any of my wordings in front of you guys, but now this is going to be a new dimension INSHALLAH.
In last days i was thinking to coin some new terms, and to write some thing more facinating and good stuff, that can help you guys, in many ways. As the todays topic is concerned, its all about the Economics, Buisness man, the Buisness administration students and for a lay person as well. As we use to say, and a most common sentence in our daily life " MEHNAT MEIN AZMAT HY." As this is a famous qoutation by Hazrat Ali R.A.
The west is acting upon our qoutations, on our words, and are the followers of our religious qoutations, and We, we are doing nothing, we just sit and wait from where the money will come, from where the Bread is going to be in our mouth automatically. we are being Alienated, we are being made such goof`s, such liesure freindly people that we do nothing.
We guys are not initiative as well, we just think that money do grows on trees and we just wait for the right time when we can hit the spot to get it down for us. But this is not the reality.
Few days earlier I was having a discussion with one of my mate, and he presented his theory of belief, he said that its all about believing, you believe that u are going to get this piece of bread in to your mouth without holding it with hand and put it in you mouth, and no such hard work is to be done to get to a position or rank or anything.
I replied him, there is only one good thing in his theory and that is the belief system, no one in the world can challenge belief system, because if I believe that stars in the sky shine due to ALLAH`s order. there is no such human in the world who can give a counter to this statement. and its a famous quotation, that "by the night an atheist half believes is GOD".
But as my theory is concerned, i told him, yes we do have to believe, he do have to say INSHALLAH, we have to relies on ALLAH as following our Religion, but or Religion do tells us that, " GOD helps those who help themselves". So by this point i see my theory holding a strong point.
As todays post is concerned, we must do quest, we must do some efforts. The lesson i want you guys to attain is that do work hard, do look into the future, do think that u gonna make it, but you have to do some hard work for that. taking the example of Bill gates, Marks (Facebook Guy), the apple guy. they had done hard work and still doing, that is why they are in the ranking of world.

Kon Banay ga Meera Pati

In our every day theory we mention the term that nothing is useless in this world is I right? Then those who imitate and copy other’s bullish mean. Now days a new program is going to be introduced by GEO television “ Kon Banay ga Meera Patti”. We as our different nation got after tow nation theory because of the cultures and religious differences. So why our media is portraying us with that kind of idiot programs which clearly reflects the Indian culture, which should be constrained where is PEMRA is it working for Pakistan or for the Jews. We should be active and think wisely about such kind of cultural differences. With this layer in our Pakistani media especially the news castes of the Geo television uses many Indian terms in our news what happening no one is going to take the responsibility. On the other angle if we talk about the Islamic republic of Pakistan in which a girl needs online husband what going on? Islam does not teach us like that. Think about it and be careful and our media should avoid such kind of anarchy and solicitude for our society as we doesn’t need that.

How revolution is possible.

If you care for morrow the following days which every one is nodded, but the question rises and pinches the twenty corer people of Pakistan including me. The term silence in the heads of individual who are looking for the revolution but due to the lack of reprieve and lack of awareness cause to be quite in homes and do not bother to go ahead to compete the fake politicians, it is very astound if we think that we are almost all are the youth but still waiting for revolution. And many of us don’t know when and how it will come. After any corrupted region the only revolution occurs is the religious take the example of Iranian revolution, so that time we should wait and go a head for Islamic revolution. If merely says that the whole system is courier in the name of democracy. Is it a democracy where wife doesn't know to whom her husband supported or if there any mutual cop ration. Revolution is only possible when we the youth and other following us went for a very long march with the strong hold of more than three core teem, and should not return back to home till the whole system should be destroyed. All we need to spread message that we should keep hand together and work with each other and give a message of awareness then none of the leader is going to work for Pakistan they are all here to fill their bags with money and property for saving their sons as they are the true hypocrites so beware with this video must watch for saving your self.

Critical analysis of Pakistani media

Pakistani media is an exemplary media which are breeching the laws and ethics of state. But on other hand it has also played an important role in bringing awareness among the society.

The most powerful kind of mass media in Pakistan is Newspapers and T.V, both are affecting the whole system of state and according to some experts and critics “Pakistani mass media and politicians are playing a mutual role to maintain each others monopoly”. Yes it makes sense because if we look sharply on the tactics of our national media both the newspapers and television news channels coverage in the colors of politics, one can easily understand that media highlights the upper classes people or celebrities or bureaucrats etc.

Our media major focus is on politics and entertainment including different no. of news channels, columns and editorials, fashion TV channels, cooking channels etc. the most annoying thing is that their standards of what to break through and what to show on live transmission and what to broad cast according to the norms, belief and religion  of society. Image of Islam is being distorted by a huge planning that doesn’t allow the credible personalities to speak openly while using mass media. Western culture is portrayed as a heroic culture. Our dramas and morning show programs also depict some great violations of our so called Islamic society. The most stunning thing is that our fashion channels are showing such kind of ramp walks in which woman’s are wearing “SWIMMING SUITS”. These channels also use to broadcast a live transmission for Miss World Concert which doesn’t make any sense. And if this is not going to stop then we should need to wait enough to watch some explicit late night programs.  News channels have made their habit to focus on negative stories even if there is a positive thing they used to focus on its negative impacts and negative aspects. Even some of our mass media look to take some special financial supports from foreign and our neighboring country India, because their attitude toward s some national and international policies of Pakistan.

Following are the some major problems of our media

Broadcast unverified news stories and information

Major focus on such stories which go parallel to their personnel benefits as a bonus to their business model

Invite only selected persons on talk shows

Violation of ethics in advertisements like sexual harassment

Visuals of casualties during Mass destructions

While on other hand Pakistani media is now developing an image in by assuring its viewers through some new Islamic channels and such other programs which help to support poor people of the society. It is developing at a very enormous pace and there are extreme chances for its rapid improvements.

UOG cares politically.

Its is well to be established but only you can define you self as an established one. As Ali Moeen Nawazish who has made the name of Pakistan in terms of study. A day before has has been invited at University of Gujrat by Mass communication And Media department it was very astonishing for me that, in that particular seminar no one was came from administration as they all the dash ---- a day later a Member national assembly visited UOG for a seminar but there was warmly welcome and presence of the administration authorizes including vice chaclor was there. It is very negligible that has belongs to the Ali Moeen belongs to academic field but there was not such a protocol provided by any other except Ashraf Iqbal Hod of mass communication and Zahid Bilal form MCM. Hey its a humble request to all administration to leave such bullshit service and promote talent which needs to be. Thums up for you @ Ali

Media Methodology

Media Critical ways of thinking using different kind of scientific approaches.

First of all we should need to solve such questions.

1 Why is the press/media as it is?

2 Why does the press serve different purposes & appear in widely different forms in different countries

3 How communication process takes place and varies from society to society.

There is different kind of approaches which we study scientifically. Mainly they are

(i)                 Dominant approach

(ii)               Pluralistic approach

In the first approach the dominant we understand the phenomenon that how it works and what the basis strategies form running any communication activity are.

While on the other hand the pluralistic approach ibis the positive way of thinking which does not only bass on a single phenomenon but it includes more and more creative’s ways to explain.

The critical thoughts includes to understand any question in a critical way it includes what actually is and what should be in future.

The basic difference is the one is for the favor of any phenomenon which is going to be implemented but on the other side, Secondly, it is the process of understanding any theory against it includes to be not in favor but in opposite side of thoughts. Means if one side we say it is good that media helps awareness in sexual offences, but on against we examines that media urges peoples for sexual harassment.

We can say that in FOR side it provides awareness about politicians. And on the against side

The fear of political influence of media.

And the fear of media influence on moral values, but in other hand "against" we say it doesn’t uphold the standard of morality.

The forth point includes fear of media on economy and culture, on "For" we say that the media amalgamate the culture and works for making our nation worldwide, and the "against" thoughts we claim that the media is making our cultural values mix and cultural invasion.

The Frankfurt approach which is considered as the modern one,

The Frankfurt approach derived in Germany it is the critical way of thinking to any phenomenon. It includes the different angels to study any term. The Frankfurt approach is the critical ways which includes different perspectives to study.

The Media Approaches

The media there are two different approaches including Dominant approach and Pluralistic Approach. First one tells us that Media is dominated by the elite class of the society and only the important personalities of the society are seen on media. They have a control on it. While the second one Pluralistic approach refers to a thought who say that media tries to cover all the classes of a society and give coverage to everybody. No one is superior in this approach. 

Then it includes a comparative difference table which shows that there are always different approaches to understand reality. It has the one column of “for” and the other one was of “against”. In which he briefly explain with some comprehensive examples of two different thoughts regarding one particular issue. One column goes in favor of that point and the other criticizes it and goes against it. Both columns contradict with one another along with some strong logics and reasons so that if a neutral person observes them, he will agree to both of them.

Then after a brief history of media the writer tells us the fears of political use of media, media influence on morals and political economy of media culture. In which he tells us that what would happen if media goes under the control of politics, how media affects our morality and the relation of political economy of media and culture (in this point he tells us the continuous process starts by the industrialists, which reaches to a factory worker and then process keep on going). The projection of above mentioned points was in a quiet simple way so that even a Leigh man can easily understand it.

Then the Frankfurt school of thought comes in the approaches that this school of thought says media plays a very much important role of critics and sometimes it only focuses on one job i.e., to criticize each event, issue, problem etc.

Hey Qasim sahi I was impressed with you last line of the earlier post in which you advised us that" Whatever you do, do it sincerely"" 

Can I say that, if I was impressed with that line and got an opportunity to do right for society within a day and help a lot of people? I mean to say last night I made a society to collect fund for the poor people and get response but just for a day. Today we collect some money from University student  And used their money for the favor of some people who deserve it. That's well said “does it sincerely” It was very good to know that. Thanks at all.Now Hi again you all HIYATIANS thanks you all for helping me to make you name in the favor of helping people in terms of money. I definitely appreciate as praise you all who do for others Allah will do better for them. So, it’s a general description to help others and help you just by joining hands and be united as one unit.

Today we are in a very hazardous place in which we need a lot of help and support for our country, but we the student can play a good role by getting education and promoting others for the welfare of the society.
